Gift of the Day Promotion 2023
Promoter
1. The Promoter of the Gift of the Day Offer (the Promotion) is Prezzee, Inc. at 330 7th Ave, 18th Floor, New York, NY 10001 (the Promoter).
Promotion Period
2. The Promotion will start at 10:00am EDT on 16th June 2023 and close at either 10:00am EDT on 3rd July 2023 (Promotion Period) or after 10,000 Qualifying Purchases with a Promotion Code are made, whichever occurs first.
The Promotion
3. Receive a USD $5.00 discount on purchase of Gift of the Day eGift Card denominated at USD $75.00 or more (the Offer).
Eligibility
4. The Promotion is open to residents of the United States age 18 years and over.
5. To be eligible for the Promotion, the Prezzee mobile application (available on Apple App Store or Google Play) (Prezzee App) must be installed on your mobile device and you must be logged into your account with the Promoter (www.prezzee.com/register/) (Prezzee Account).
Redeeming the Offer
6. The Promotion Code “GIFTMAGIC” can only be redeemed with the Promoter (on the Prezzee App or at www.prezzee.com/store/gift-of-the-day/) during the Promotion Period and by purchasing a Gift of the Day eGift Card equal to or greater than USD $75.00. The Promotion Code must be entered where indicated during the checkout process (Eligible Purchase).
7. The Offer is limited to one Promotion Code per customer. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the orders if it determines (in its sole discretion) that a single customer has used the Promotion Code for multiple purchases.
Other Terms
8. Employees, directors, contractors, business partners or related entities of the Promoter are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
9. Eligibility for this Promotion is solely within the discretion of the Promoter. Each customer can only use the Promotion Code once. Customers must not use aliases, multiple accounts, or multiple people using the same payment method, or any other activities to circumvent the terms.
10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility if a Promotion Code is not redeemable for any reason.
11. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to vary the terms of, or cancel the Promotion at any time without liability to any customers or other person.
- The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel purchases or terminate the accounts of customers who have breached the terms and conditions, have engaged in unlawful or improper conduct, or otherwise undermine the fairness of the promotion.
12. Participation in the Promotion requires a reliable stable internet connection. The Promoter is not liable for the failure to redeem the Promotion Code due to internet or mobile device dysfunction, or any other reason(s).
13. If the Promotion Code is unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the code with another code of equal value. This right is subject to any applicable legislation or regulations.
14. Acceptance of the Offer by is entirely at your own risk. You release and indemnify the Promoter from and against any liability arising from your acceptance and use of the Offer and your participation in the Promotion.
15. The Promotion is subject to the terms of sales at www.prezzee.com/policies/terms-of-sale/ and terms of services at www.prezzee.com/policies/terms-of-service/, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
16. The Gift of the Day Smart eGift Cards can only be exchanged for individual retailer gift cards online. These individual retailer gift cards can be redeemed in-store or online, subject to each retailer’s terms and conditions. Please review all applicable retailers’ terms and conditions prior to the purchase of any gift card.
17. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
